On __________________________   I am selling the “said” puppy for $__________________   with out breeding rights. I make every effort to guarantee that each puppy from me is in good health at the time of adoption or delivery.  Therefore, I ask that you have him/her checked by your vet within 48 hrs. of receiving the puppy.  I cannot control the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving me, so if you choose not to have your puppy examined, then this contract is VOID.  I offer a health contract for the first 12 months of life against any genetic health defects or life threatening illness. This contract is non-transferrable, meaning that it does not extend to another person if you choose not to keep the puppy.  These conditions are the only things that I cover.  Conditions such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, hypoglycemia and/or coccidiousis, as well as giardia can be dormant but they are treatable & do not warrant a return.  Should your puppy have a life-threatening condition as mentioned above, it can be replaced with another puppy of equal price, size, and/or color when available.  However, certain conditions must be followed for a replacement to be made.  The puppy MUST BE RETURNED along with all paper work.  Vaccinations must be up to date and if any of this is not done, then no exchange will be made. Shipping fees to return a live puppy is done at the buyer's expense.  However, I will ship your replacement puppy at my expense.  If the puppy dies, an autopsy/necropsy MUST BE DONE by a licensed vet stating the cause of death.  This has to be furnished to me before a determination can be made for a replacement.  If you choose not to have this procedure done, no replacement will be made.  Please remember that a replacement puppy is only given if all terms are met, and a life threatening condition was diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, not for any other reason.

Any expenses incurred after the puppy leaves my care, such as vet bills, autopsy/necropsy, etc. is at the buyers' expense. My contract is null and void in case of accidental injury.  Accidents can happen & every precaution should be taken when handling your puppy as well as providing a safe home environment.  I make no guarantees on size, color, personality, temperament, fertility, or show ability.  All of my puppies are sold as pets only, however, if you decide to show or breed your puppy, then it is your sole decision, and I, as the breeder, are not liable.  Registration papers are furnished to you at adoption or mailed to you if they aren't available when an adoption is done.  I guarantee the direct parentage of our puppies and furnish you with a 4/5-generation pedigree on your puppy.  I am available for any questions, concerns etc. even after your adoption is completed so do not hesitate to contact me.
